We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for three people and was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the smooth check-in process and the hotel's proximity to public transportation. This hotel is definitely good value for money.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient with many shops and restaurants close by. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected with friends and family during my New Year's trip. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable.
The rooms were not up to par. They were not very clean and lacked proper locks on the doors.

The hotel boasts a good location which is the only highlight. the rooms were average sized but not very well, maintained. the bathroom was not clean and the flushing system was not up to the mark. They claim to provide breakfast but the quality and quantity were both lacking. the staff was unresponsive to the guests' requests and not very courteous. the in, house kitchen was not well, equipped and the food tasted average at best.
The staff was demanding extra money which was quite disappointing, making it a rather unpleasant experience.

The hotel has a great location close to key attractions and transportation hubs. the room was spacious enough to accommodate a group. We also appreciated the in-house kitchen that had some tasty options.
The amenities fell short of expectations. the room was not properly cleaned and the washroom flush didn't work perfectly.
